What Each Member Does

Each member has a very active role in the team's project. Whether it's market research or designing an advertising campaign, everyone has something important to do (new members included). Consultants start each semester with a team meeting to get a feel for the type of help that the client is looking for. The team then meets on a weekly basis to figure out the next steps for progress and to make sure that the deliverables are being completed. While much of the work is done outside of the team meetings, the entire team meets with the client every 2-3 weeks to present their new deliverable, developing professional skills along the way.

Bi-weekly Meetings and Workshops

Every two weeks, all members of Bond meet for two reasons:
  1. To get an idea of the other three projects going on. Members also share input about the other projects.
  2. To expand their skills through a workshop. These workshops vary in content from Excel to Web 2.0, from research to marketing. It’s a way to think outside the box about something that might help with your project now or one in the future.
